The 3M PPS 2.0 Starter Kit provides you with everything you need to get started with the PPS 2.0 spray gun system, our all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. Our latest and greatest PPS system features several improvements, including a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, a new paint cup in each kit, a domed lid design for better spray performance, a wider lid fluid spout, and a redesigned adapter for a more stable lid-to-gun connection.

Each paint cup has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility. The built-in 200-micron filter, commonly used for solvent-based paint materials, strains the paint material. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS, you don't have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. By using this system, you can increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent compared to conventional paint cup systems.

Specially designed PPS stainless steel metal adapters let you use the PPS 2.0 system with virtually any spray gun. The kit contains 1 paint cup, 16 sealing plugs, 6 disposable liners, and 6 disposable lids with a locking collar and a 200-micron filter.

The DISPOSABLE ALL-IN-ONE SPRAY CUP SYSTEM – PPS 2.0 Spray Cup System 6-Pack Midi Starter Kit provides you with an all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. The improved design features an integrated quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, which helps eliminate cross-threading and paint buildup, as well as a built-in fine-mesh 200-micron filter commonly used for solvent-based paint coatings.

The PPS 2.0 lids feature a new domed shape that holds up to 3 ounces of material below the filter, reducing sputter and improving spray performance. Each kit comes with a reusable midi 13.5-ounce hard plastic paint cup with printed-on universal mixing ratios and a clear access window, allowing you to easily see the paint and remove the lid and liner.

The variety of uses for this system includes applying paints, stains, varnishes, basecoats, undercoats, primers, sealers, clear coats, gelcoats, and sprayable adhesives for painting projects like cars, boats, furniture, industrial equipment, home arts and crafts. The system design allows you to consistently spray at any angle, even upside down.
